Each boat that is commissioned by Selene Yacht Service will have its own password protected area in the Customer Care section of the website. In this section the owners will have access to the following:

Job Status Update –
“real time” status update on the various tasks

Photographs –
Progress photographs – so you can see installations as they are finished. Warranty photographs will be available here as well.

Yacht Information Database –
Have you ever wanted to find the serial number of a piece of equipment that is buried in your boat without crawling into the bilge? SYS will collect serial numbers for all your systems, the installation date, and recommended service schedules. This information will be available to SYS customers via the internet no matter where they are in the  world.
